International Sales Manager
  • Develop and implement growth strategic business plan
  • Establish relationships with international distributors and customers
  • Review sales goals and forecasts with international distributors regularly
  • Provide technical and sales training to international sales associates
  • Prepare bids, specifications, and quotations to support distributor efforts to sell company products
  • Identify business opportunities, research and analyze sales options
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; provide feedback on buying trends
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards
  • Attend trade shows and events
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as required
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Bi/Tri Lingual is a strong asset
  • Travel is required
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Good communication and presentation skills is a must
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stretch job bandwidth
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Professional, innovative, and can work independently
  • Able to meet company sales goals
