Communication of acceptance and resolution of tickets to clients
Internal support tickets
Remote and on-site work(Will need to be in office three times a week depending on needs)
Additional IT tasks as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field preferred
(Computer Science, IT related)
Technical knowledge of Network concepts/LAN, TCP/IP protocols, configure & setup routers and switches, current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010+, PC hardware (desktops and laptops), printers, and Windows terminal services. Active Directory, MS Exchange, FAS, Backup Exec,
Experience with wireless and basic WAN knowledge a plus.
At least 1 years of work experience in related field
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Quick learner, capable of maintaining strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
