Accounting Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all accounting functions, and maintain all related records and files to include:

  • Responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
  • Perform inter-company account reconciliation with subsidiaries and their parent company
  • Maintain accounting schedules (prepaid, depreciation, accrual expenses, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly budget and cash forecast
  • Review corporate credit card reconciliations and record credit card transactions
  • Maintain petty cash to include issuing receipts and requesting additional funds
  • Process bank reconciliations
  • Report new hire and independent contractor information to the state of California
  • Maintain independent contractor files and prepare Form 1099 Misc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


    • Accounting degree or related degree required

    • Prior accounting experience required
    • Recent experience in Oracle, Nav and QuickBooks Enterprise required
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required
    • Bilingual in Chinese Preferred
