Refund policy

If you are having trouble assembling or installing your Baby Trend product, please contact our customer service team for expert assistance. Customer Support is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm PST/PDT, via phone at 1-800-328-7363 or email at info@babytrend.com.

If you have purchased your item through one of our retailers, you must contact the retailer directly for return assistance. We are only able to accept returns purchased via BabyTrend.com.

Return Policy Overview

Items purchased at BabyTrend.com are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging. Baby Trend does not accept returns for items that have been used for any period of time.

You MUST request and receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA#). Returns without an RMA# will NOT be accepted.

An 18% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please use a package delivery service that includes tracking and insurance for your return. Baby Trend is not responsible for lost/misdelivered items due to courier errors.

Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

Items purchased at BabyTrend.com are eligible for exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging. Baby Trend does not accept exchanges for items that have been used for any period of time.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued electronically to your BabyTrend.com account for the approved amount, including applicable taxes paid at the time of purchase. Store credit does not expire and can only be used on BabyTrend.com. An account on BabyTrend.com is required to redeem store credit.

Damaged or defective items are not eligible for store credit exchanges and must be handled under the applicable warranty policy. In some cases, defective items may qualify for a return for refund pending inspection.

Please note: Exchanges are issued as store credit only. Product-to-product exchanges are not offered under this policy.

How To Return Your Order

Please email us at weborders@babytrend.com with the following information:

  • Order Number (WEB00000)
  • Full Name
  • Date you placed the order

Our team will provide you with an RMA number. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the returning item & shipping label and return your order to the following address:

We recommend checking with multiple carriers for the best pricing to return your item.

Important note: Please remove all other labels or marks with X before sending to prevent shipping errors or delays. Any items received without an RMA will not be accepted.
