Responsibilities Include:

  • Incoming support tickets from clients
  • Communication of acceptance and resolution of tickets to clients
  • Internal support tickets
  • Remote and on-site work(Will need to be in office three times a week depending on needs)
  • Additional IT tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field preferred
  • (Computer Science, IT related)
  • Technical knowledge of Network concepts/LAN, TCP/IP protocols, configure & setup routers and switches, current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010+, PC hardware (desktops and laptops), printers, and Windows terminal services. Active Directory, MS Exchange, FAS, Backup Exec,
  • Experience with wireless and basic WAN knowledge a plus.
  • At least 1 years of work experience in related field
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Quick learner, capable of maintaining strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
  • High regard for confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Experience with Netsuite a huge plus
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese a huge plus
